Spartan III in SPI Armor - Halo Fan Miniature Project

Fan-made Miniature based on the Halo Franchise. Project to model a squad of SIIIs in SPI armor for the out of production game Halo: Ground Command. The models were created from scratch, and were modeled to a high standard that aimed to be a close match to the official miniatures in terms to detail and proportions. The final design blends elements of official art, fan art, and my own creative liberties.

A total of sixteen different Spartan III models in different poses, this ended up being a challenging but also fun project, due to the lack of clear references for what this design was based on - no clear character sheets or orthographic references were available for me to go off of, so this project required a lot of guesswork.

Commissioned by @karachameleon.paints on Instagram, this set of models were completed April 2023.
